Whether you’re navigating recovery, managing chronic tension, or noticing changes that come with healthy aging, I tailor each session to what your body actually needs—without pushing or prescribing a one-size-fits-all approach. Breathing well is a core part of how I teach, supporting nervous system regulation and more sustainable movement patterns.

I specialize in yoga and yoga therapy for adults 50+  using a trauma-informed lens to create a steady, predictable environment where you can build strength, mobility, and confidence over time.
